A golden robe with green glints. The wine is frank to the mouth and well-balanced. Spring flowers harmonize with citrus on the tongue. The finish is elegant. Best served at 10-12°c, with seafood, summer salads or as an aperitive. |
A shiny, dark golden wine. Floral to the nose (white flowers) it mixes with honey and toasted bread which is typical of the Chardonnay variety. Supple and full-bodied to the mouth, some toasted bread and lacteous notes can be traced again ; the finish is lasting and ends with a taste of compote. Best served at 12-14°c with pork meats and white meat. |
